As owner of Joyful Life Hypnotherapy, she has learned that help is often needed with sexual dysfunction for clients to live joyful intimate lives. Rosemary has trained with world-renowned hypnotherapist and author, Kaz Riley, and is now a Certified Sexual Freedom Hypnosis Practitioner.

Decreased sexual confidence

Sexual confidence across the general population is at an all-time low, and problems such as erectile dysfunction, anorgasmia, vaginismus, performance anxiety and problems with intimacy are at an all-time high.

At least 40 percent of women and 30 percent of men have a sexual dysfunction or issue. Low libido and sexual dysfunction are complex and require a multifaceted approach including teaching and education, release of guilt and shame, addressing trauma, permission for enjoyment/pleasure, communication and connection as well as normalizing sexual function.

It is thought that at least two-thirds of sexual dysfunctions and issues have a psychological cause. Traditional treatment for psychosexual issues has often been lengthy and a one size fits all approach. People need modern solutions, without embarrassment or judgement.

Fear of being judged

Fear of being judged negatively stops people asking for help. Sexual Freedom Hypnosis is a state-of-the-art hypnotherapy program, designed to help people. This may seem to be an obvious statement, but for many people their feelings about sex and sexuality are at the root of their issue.

There are a variety of reasons for this that include past experiences; being taught that being sexual is wrong; feeling their sexual tastes are abnormal; not being able to talk openly about sex; and experiencing high levels of anxiety when sex is spoken about.

Hypnosis facilitates lasting changes

Rather than trying to get people to "logic," their way out of a sexual dysfunction, hypnosis can facilitate lasting changes at a subconscious level.

Hypnosis can be used to treat the many causes of psycho-sexual issues.

Where the mind goes, the body follows. Hypnosis can help you do this in a positive way, overcome past trauma, change unhelpful beliefs and make friends with your body and sexuality. These areas can be addressed with Sexual Freedom Hypnosis.
