Garrett named Honorary Commander

At the Feb. 7 meeting of the Greater Tehachapi Economic Development Council (GTEDC), Tehachapi City Manager Greg Garrett was named an Honorary Commander of the 418th Flight Test Squadron at Edwards Air Force Base. The award was presented to Garrett by Danny Bazzell, Community Engagement Specialist for the 418th.
