Players must bring their own paddles and balls on all courts (though players tend to be very generous and willing to share in a pinch). A new pickleball court in the Tehachapi police station parking lot, featuring five established nets, is expected to be complete by Memorial Day, according to Tehachapi’s Community Engagement Director and official ambassador for USA Pickleball Key Budge.
