Cummings Valley School 8th annual Space Race 5K and Fun Run, May 31

You can walk, trot, jog or run! Whatever you can do, come and support Cummings Valley School and most of all have fun! All ages are welcome to participate in the 8th annual Space Race 5K and Fun Run.

The event takes place on Friday, May 31 at 7:30 a.m. Medals will be awarded to 1st-3rd place finishers in five age groups, from toddlers to senior citizens.

This event is sponsored by the Cummings Valley Student Council. Proceeds from the event will support Student Council activities for the children of Cummings Valley Elementary School. All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the race. No “drop-offs” allowed.

The race fee is $20 per participant, ages four and under are free. Those who registered by May 3, get a shirt and goodie bag. Please send or drop off cash or check payments to Cummings Valley Elementary School, 24220 Bear Valley Rd., Tehachapi, CA 93561. ATTN: Pam Johnson.
