Farmers Market Vendor Spotlight
Phoenix Pharms Owner, Jacqueline Meadows, wanted to grow food that she could share with her community that is nutritious down to the cellular level. A lot of change has made its way into households on how to get rid of toxins in our lives. She grows microgreens to provide highly nutritious, toxic-free and clean food. They are extremely easy to add to your meals and can be eaten every day, or a few days a week to get a wide variety of vitamins and macro/micro elements.
Phoenix Pharms will be selling an abundance of microgreens, which are known to be nutrient-dense powerhouses. They pack a nutrient punch inside a small number of greens. A variety of types can give you different nutrient benefits, such as protein, vitamins A, B, C, D, K, and elements like phosphorus, calcium, zinc, magnesium, iron and selenium.
The list goes on! As if these weren't enough, she's also selling broccoli, red acre cabbage, arugula, red kale, peas, sunflowers, cilantro, basil, mustard greens and more.
