Tehachapi Farmers Market kicks off

The City of Tehachapi invites the community to the new season of the Tehachapi Farmers Market, which kicked off Thursday, June 6 from 4 to 7 p.m. on S. Green Street.

The event this year has a larger footprint than years past, featuring more than 50 vendors, live music, unique entertainment and games. This family-friendly event will take place every Thursday until Aug. 29.

From locally grown mushrooms and 3D printed toys to eggrolls made-to-order, the Tehachapi Farmers Market has something for all interests.

"We are excited to kick off the 2024 Farmers Market season. We have an extensive variety of produce, food and craft vendors," said Jessica Garner, Market manager.
