Sunergeo: biological farming at its best!

Farmers Market Vendor Spotlight

Sunergeo Biological Farming is excited to bring the community a full and more consistent supply of produce this year now that owner Gerry Davis has fully retired from his career with Cal-Organic Farms and is devoting full time to the Sunergeo farm.

They expect to have wintertime supplies of some items through March. Several new crops have been added to the lineup such as celery, leeks, Asian greens, Asian beans, shishito peppers, amaranth, napa cabbage, canary melons and watermelons.

And, of course, get your fresh-cut flowers and plenty of pasture-raised, organic no-soy, no-corn-fed chicken eggs. The freshest, best tasting, rich orange yolk eggs you can get! Their farm opens June 7. Visit them Mondays and Fridays, 3 to 6 p.m. at 16529 Highland Rd.

Visit http://www.sunergeofarm.com, or call (661) 342-0198 for information. Stop by the Sunergeo Biological Farming Farmers Market booth on Thursdays until Aug. 29, from 4 to 7 p.m. on S. Green St. for all your fresh produce needs!
