Benz Bad Bulls Rodeo, July 4

As July 4th approaches, it's time again for Benz Bad Bulls, presented by Bill Wright Toyota and North Bakersfield Toyota.

This year marks the 24th year that TMRA has brought Benz Bad Bulls to the area. This year, mutton busting busters will compete for a new pair of boots and a very special trick riding act, Spencer Rose and her daughter Lotti, to complement the bull riding. Bull riders from all over the west and other countries will compete for the purse of $10,000, making it one of the richest events available to professional bull riders. Plus, one lucky bull rider will get a chance to ride the bounty bull for an additional purse.

Gates open at 4 p.m. with action starting at 6 p.m. Come early to grab an outstanding seat as it is always a sell-out event. Discount tickets are available at several community venues, including Albertsons, Hemme Hay and the Chamber of Commerce all have discount tickets. Only a limited number of tickets will be sold and we expect the event to sell out.

Come early and plan to stay after the show for the best seats available for the fireworks. The City of Tehachapi presents an amazing fireworks show and you will be right in the action.
