In 1981, Mike Henson started Maranatha Gardening with his family, serving all of Kern County. After a few years, Maranatha Gardening became Maranatha Landscape and Gardening Inc., flourishing in the contractor's world of design.

Over the past 43 years, Maranatha has further expanded from complete outdoor landscaping designs, adding a bulk yard where you will find the largest selection of rock, bark, sand, boulders, pavers and flagstone.
