On the morning of Aug. 14, Liberty Dill Photography and the Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce cut the ribbon, officially opening the new photography studio located on the southeast corner of S. Robinson St. and Tehachapi Blvd. The event was attended by City and County officials, as well as Miss Tehachapi.
