Gallery 'N' Gifts celebrates 45 years

On First Friday Sept. 6, the Tehachapi Valley Arts Association gathered at Gallery 'N' Gifts to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the association. Located at 100 W. Tehachapi Blvd. Gallery 'N' Gifts has been the home of the organization of artists and artisans since the beginning.
