TVAA's annual witch, warlock hat contest is back!

Get your hands on a witch or warlock hat, decorate it and submit it by Oct. 2 at 5 p.m. for a chance to win prizes. Entry is free. Blank witch's hats can be purchased at the Gallery for $3. Hats will be on display at Gallery 'N' Gifts for judging from Oct. 4-30. The community will determine the top three winners. You can judge in person, or on Facebook @galleryngifts until Oct. 30 at 4 p.m. All ages are welcome. There are two categories; 15 and under and 16 and over.
