Mark E. Schoenfeld is a 19-year resident of our outstanding Bear Valley Springs. Over those years, our community has slowly declined, we are spending more dollars and receiving less in services.

• Elected Hawthorne City Councilman in 1996 and established Hawthorne Animal Control; a program which is still active today.

• Involvement with different committees and boards, including the Industrial Medicine committee at Robert F. Kennedy Center, Hawthorne; chairman of Gang and Graffiti, Hawthorne; and elected Wiseborn School Board Trustee.
