I am Paul Ricchiazzi, and I am seeking a position on the BVSCSD Board of Directors. My educational background and professional career have shaped me into a strategic thinker, dedicated public servant and committed member of Bear Valley Springs.

My experience in project management, law enforcement and senior care management has equipped me with diverse skills, including critical decision-making, risk management and resource optimization.

As a police officer for both the Los Angeles and Bear Valley Springs Police Departments, I have prioritized public safety, community service and emergency operations. In addition, as a co-founder of a residential management company and training center, I've developed expertise in leadership, operational planning and team development, which I aim to bring to our community's growth and sustainability.

Through my time at Caltech's Project Management Program, I gained valuable insights into optimizing resources and managing complex projects efficiently. As a member of the BVSCSD Board, I will focus on fostering collaboration, ensuring effective use of our district's resources and promoting sustainable development.

I look forward to serving the community I love and ensuring a prosperous future for Bear Valley Springs.
