Candidate Dale Cisneros for District 2 Supervisor

Provided.

Dale Cisneros.

My name is Dale Cisneros, and I am running for the Kern County Board of Supervisors, District 2.

As a long-time resident of Tehachapi, where I farm alongside my wife of 30 years, Lori Cisneros – currently a trustee on the Kern County Board of Education – I am deeply invested in our community's well-being.

I am not a politician, but a grassroots candidate who believes in putting "America First" and upholding the Constitution. With 20 years of leadership experience in various management roles, including CEO, vice president and controller, I have a strong background in business management, human resources, finance and operations. My career, paired with my bachelor's degree in business management, uniquely qualifies me to serve.

However, what truly drives me is my commitment to the people of Kern County. I am running because I care deeply about making a meaningful impact in our community. My decision is rooted in my faith and personal convictions. As a man of prayer, I felt called to serve and responded, "Here I am, send me."

Over the past several months, I've spoken with many concerned citizens and business owners who feel frustrated and abandoned by their previous representative. My commitment is to engage with each community regularly, listen to their concerns and build a strong relationship of trust between my constituents and the Board of Supervisors.

I believe that "we the people" are the decision-making force in our Republic, and I am here to ensure that our voices are not silenced. I may not have all the answers, but together, we can find solutions that work for all of us.

As your representative, I will bring transparency and integrity to the Kern County Board of Supervisors. I am Dale Cisneros, a true voice for the people.
