First Class Window Tinting celebrates its grand opening

On Sept. 27, First Class Window Tinting celebrated its Grand Opening with a special ribbon cutting.

Karen Sanders of Kern County Board of Supervisors and Clare Scotti of the Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce presented certificates of recognition to owner Anthony Carnevale. Alongside his son and members of the community, Anthony cut a golden ribbon symbolizing a hopeful beginning for the family business.
