Special Olympics Southern California offers 13 sports across four seasons, providing training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The programs help to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, and create life-long bonds with their teammates, friends, and families.
