City Council Update

Pat Doody.

Six new Police Explorers were recognized by the Tehachapi City Council at the Nov. 4 meeting. This is the first group of Explorers to graduate since before the COVID. Police Chief Standridge felt it was time to bring back the program. Lt. Justin Rupert (rear left) and staff were the trainers for the six new Explorers. The graduates (not necessarily in order) were Evelyn Smith, Ronin Carrington, Felicity Ruppert, Sidney Ruppert, Miguel Rios-Salgado and Faraloe Adams. Congratulations to all.
