Tehachapi's Online Community News & Entertainment Guide
Justin Pool returned to Tehachapi in June after an absence of eight years. For Justin, he is returning home, but for his wife Danielle and their sons, 6-year-old Kyle and 2-year-old Walker, the mountains are a new experience as they came from Santa Rosa, near the Bay Area. Justin is the new Vice President of Operations for Brite Service Industries, a company that was founded by his mother, Jeanette, in 2006.
Justin's family once lived in Pomona, California, where he was born. They also lived in San Diego for a time. He is the oldest of three children, having one brother and one sister. His father worked for the State of California for 30 years and it was in 2004 that the elder Pool was transferred to Tehachapi to work at the California Correctional Institute in Cummings Valley.
After high school, Justin moved to the midwest. He lived in Minnesota and Indiana. For 10 years he worked with the Simon Property Group, based in Indianapolis, before returning to the West Coast. In 2016 he moved to Santa Rosa, near the Bay area. On his second day there, he attended a meeting for young adults at a local church. It was there that Justin met his future wife, Danielle. They decided to marry at the end of the year but didn't want it to be New Year's Eve so were married on Dec. 30.
Justin said that among the new plans for Brite Service Industries in 2024 will be the addition of security services. The company is a member of the Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce and Justin has recently become a member of the Chamber Board.
In his downtime, Justin is interested in playing pick up games of basketball, a game he has enjoyed for years. Community Service is also always on his mind. Danielle's primary interests are cooking and reading when she is not taking care of the two active boys.
"Welcome back to Tehachapi" Justin and a big Tehachapi welcome to Danielle and the boys. We know you and your family will continue to be an active part of our community.
