Joey Hernandez, owner of Chiseling Image Luxury Aesthetics, or CILA for short, surprised two winners on KGET 17 news live with free haircuts for life on Jan. 28.

Rhoda Rathkamp and Susie Ormsby were under the impression that they were being interviewed for their experience inside CILA, but to their surprise, they were both winners.

They entered for a chance to win on Jan. 18 at the ribbon cutting ceremony of Chiseling Image Luxury Aesthetics.

"I am tired of prices going up and every business seems to be pinching pennies, so I decided that something's got to give, so why not give back to the same clients who come and support local businesses like mine," Hernandez said.

Hernandez also mentioned on the salon Instagram, @chiselingimagesalon, that he plans on having a giveaway every month of the year. All clients have to do is visit the salon for a service to be entered.

"Who doesn't like to be appreciated? This is my way of giving clients the opportunity to experience a piece of happiness," said Hernandez.

Chiseling Image Luxury Aesthetics, a local business offering world class aesthetics services, is located at 20241 W. Valley Blvd. Ste. A, Tehachapi.
