Destination dinners at Triassic Vineyards

Tehachapi's popular tasting room Triassic Vineyards and Meals by Merrill, a Personal Private Chef Services company, have been hosting three-course Wine & Dine events at the vineyards since last September.

Merrill Colón, Meals by Merrill owner and chef, dropped into the Triassic tasting room soon after moving to Tehachapi last spring and was met with positive interest and a willingness to try something new. Their first meal venture was sold out and the enjoyment and positive feed back have since inspired the two businesses to take it up a notch.

This winter, while the vines are sleeping and the countryside resting, the two businesses have been planning big things. They are now excited to unveil their vision and have released the 2025 dates for their co-hosted Destination Dinners.

Seven three-course Wine & Dine events have been planned for this season. For each meal, the proverbial "Carmen San Diego" will be traveling to new international destinations and you are invited. They will kick-off the series with Super Bowl Sunday in Texas where your favorite finger foods have gone gourmet. In March, you will hit culinary hot spots in Spain with its tapas and more. Other destinations on the calendar are Brazil for surf and turf, Jamaica bursting with Caribbean flavor and on to Indonesia, best known for its delicious satay. We will celebrate Mexico's Cinco de Mayo with two guest chefs putting their own spin on chicken and vegan molé.

Dinner is served at your table and includes a complimentary glass of Triassic's award-winning wine and spectacular views. Check out the dinner dates and destinations in our ad on this page. Note that a Passport discount of 15% will be given to anyone registering for three or more destinations.
