TVRPD President Marianne Paciullo recognized Carrie Champlin.

At their Jan. 21 meeting, Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Park District President Marianne Paciullo presented two individuals with a Certificate of Recognition. Commissioner Caleb Judy will be leaving the Board after having served since 2017. He was commended for his dedication and the countless hours he has dedicated to the District over the years. Paciullo also presented TVRPD Business Manager Carrie Champlin with a Certificate of Recognition for her over 20 years of service to TVRPD. Champlin joined the TVRPD team in 2004 and has headed the district's administrative and financial departments since then.
